Pabu is doing so well, I can hardly believe he's almost a year old.

He's already naturally starting to take over for my old boy Meeko as time goes on. Pabu will very easily transition into full time service work. He's such a happy-go-lucky boy who l does whatever is asked of him or I'm needing. He is extremely reliable in his retrieval tasks, is picking up on his medical Alert and response tasks very smoothly and at the correct pace for his age.

He's already taking good care of me and is now very consistently going out in public with Meeko and I. Just last week he went with us to the movie theater for the first time ever and wasn’t fazed by anything. Perfectly well mannered and laid down the entire time until we finished and it was time to go. He's done training in anything from grocery stores, to church, to extremely crazy fairs and I can say this dog is genetically bomb proof. A true testimony of all the hard work you put into your breeding program anything and everything thrown at him he takes with ease.

I will definitely in the future be coming back for another pup when the time comes. Here are some current photos of him including one from him working at the Minnesota State Fair back in September. Thank you for breeding my giant blessing!

We are all 2!!! I can’t believe it has been two years since our babies all arrived. I thought I would give you an update.

Baxter-my mom’s little guy-he looks just like his daddy! Baxter couldn’t have a better life. He spends every moment with my Mom and if she goes somewhere so does he. Baxter is not fond of the car but loves to walk. He is a fierce little man at the park and protects his big Goldendoodle (Louie) brother at all times. Louie is 113 lbs but Baxter still feels the need to watch over (under) him. He is a doll and I love him as much as my mom!

On to our two big babies. Apollo (brown and white from Parti and Denver) is still our diva and is nearly swarmed by admirers every time we walk or take him anywhere. He is beautiful and he knows it. He has never met a stranger and loves everyone. He is the most tolerant dog I have ever met and he is the perfect family dog. He can get anxious when we aren’t home (rare occasion) or when the kids argue. He is the peacemaker of our family! He is laid on, pet to the point you would think he could be bald, often dressed up, has had his nails painted and hair put in barrettes. He doesn’t mind anything and lives for hugs, pets, and to make you laugh.

Phoenix (Ruthie/Denver) is our serious no nonsense pup. He has been trained as a service animal for my son and now goes to school and nearly everywhere with him. Phoenix adores my son as much as he loves Apollo. I never knew how wonderful it would be having such a friend and support for my son having our amazing Phoenix by his side. However when his “work clothes” (service jacket) comes off, he is all fun. He is not as tolerant as Apollo but still the most amazing family and service pup we could have hoped for. Phoenix loves to walk/run, play soccer, retrieve lacrosse balls, be with my son, learn silly tricks, and eat. His is a bigger build than Apollo and is heaver/stocky. He is a schnauzer build!

We love all our babies and they are thriving in AZ and CA!

Found these 2 pics of Jazz in a similar pose. The first one was when he was 18 months old, and the 2nd one, today as 11 years old. Same look and handsomeness, but also graceful and healthy age. He’s not as active and hyper as before although he has his moments. I see his stoic and regal presence still at 11. Took him to be groomed last week. He stole the show. Still garners major attention and inquiry as to what type of dog is he? Still gets he’s so beautiful comments. Again, I thank God that our paths crossed and you provided me with an awesome and God sent companion and family member.

He has had an old soul from day one. Has never left my side, roll with the punches as my life unfolds and is so in tuned with my spirit. A true blessing from God!! People who are pet lovers get what I am saying. People hurt us deeply sometimes and for some that includes me, it is difficult to trust and love again. Jazz has been there through all of that and gives me unconditional love. I would not be here as we speak without him. You don’t just provide pets. You provide life lines , hope, a future, and love. I thank you and God for that and the life path.

Sophie had her third shot and exam by our new veterinarian, Dr Avila, a young lady with the perfect disposition for dogs. Sophie was totally at ease. Great health report, zero parasites, spaying and chipping scheduled. We have at least ten tricks that she doing as well as her daily routine is on automatic. Nightly cuddles and then she goes into her kennel and she calls it a day! I cannot say enough good about Sophie and her genetics. I comb her regularly and have yet to have a hair in the comb.

As you can tell from the photo, Sophie is really getting the love. My Grandson and his girlfriend came by and spent the afternoon loving on Sophie.

She already consistently fetches, answers to her name, almost always sits and is learning to lay when the voice and hand signal is given. She has only made a few messes and those were our fault because we didn’t pick up her cue. I can’t thank you enough for all the prep that obviously went into her eight weeks with you!

I got Molly last year and she has been a true treasure. We've had several dogs of all kinds. Purebred, mutts and designer dogs. This is by far the sweetest, smartest, most entertaining dog I have ever owned. Also, Angela has been really awesome and easy to work with. She always has time to guide me through whatever issue I might have. Short answer...I'll never be without a schnoodle again (Macy & Ozzy are the parents)

I wanted to give you an update on our girl Luna (Denver/Luna Oct. 2020). She is 1.5 years old and I can’t believe how well behaved she is. She is mellow and loves her humans more than anything. I work from home and she follows me around all day and lays at my feet. She loves to go on runs with me and play fetch for hours in the backyard. She’s the perfect mix of laid back and playful! I could not be happier with her temperament. We recently lost our other dog at only 3 years old out of the blue and I can’t tell you how much of a comfort Luna has been to us even though she is grieving too. Many tears have been cried with her right there – she is such a comfort and blessing. I will always be grateful to you for my sweet girl.

His name is Rigsby, and he is great friends with our old pitbull Lucy, with his favorite cat Koshka, with Katie the donkey, and with our 3-year old grandson Jamie. He loves swimming and going for walks and meeting new people. He’s just a really good dog all round, and we’re so thankful to have him!

Jazz turned 10 on February 13. Hard to believe he is 10. He is just as stunning and loving as ever. Slowing down a bit but still has a lot of pep.

Sharing some of my favorite pics including when I first got him from you in Indianapolis and a couple of puppy pics, and some through the years to him at 10.

What an amazing dog, companion, part of my family. I pray for many more years with him.

He has had his Senior dog check up and wellness exam and not one issue. Vet says he’s very healthy. That has been his story health wise his whole life. No major health issues at all.

I do take credit for taking care of him so well, but also you breeding great dogs for health has to also play a role.

Thanks again for such a wonderful addition to my life!!!

My husband and I purchased a puppy from you back in August, and wanted to give you an update on him. (Mazie & Rubin – Red Boy)

We decided to name him Winston. He has been such a joy to have and a great addition to our family! He gets along great with our cat, families dogs and our nieces and nephews! He is very social and smart and loves playing fetch! We are expecting at the end of august and have no concerns about how he will be around the baby.

I can’t even begin to tell you how in love I am with my little Pearl. She is so happy, snuggly, kissy, playful and go with the flow. I have always had little dogs (yorkies, maltese, toy poodles) and so has my family. The personality of this breed is so different! She ADORES kids, loves other dogs. All the little ones we have had have been antisocial lol. Not only am I so in love with her, but I have met so many new friends because of her. The whole reason I wanted her is because I have been horribly lonely since moving to a new state by myself… also why I panicked when you said hers and pipers litters would be the last of the size I was looking for, for a while.. I was literally desperate for company… but BECAUSE of her I have made so many new friends! I can’t believe it. I thought i was just going to get a dog to love and have as a friend, never realized she would help me make human friends. She wants to to up to everyone on walks, so she acts as an ice breaker to talk to people! I am so beyond grateful to you. I definitely see myself getting another one of your schnoodles in the future. Thank you for what you do, this dog has changed my life.

Stella still loves her blanket! She is the most amazing addition to our family. Thank you! Her new best friend is our neighbor’s four month old Portuguese Water Dog. They spend every single day together. Stella gets along with every dog in the neighborhood. She does not discriminate and wants to be friends with everyone and anything that she meets. She’s so smart and a mommies girl. She has the best personality. Has to be in the mix, but she does not let the bully dogs get her aggravated. She would be the perfect dog for a family with dogs and small children. She’s perfect!

Coco was born 7/13/2020.Piper and Rubin’s litter and was the Merle boy (merle string as well).

He is an absolutely amazing dog. He is smart and his temperament is simply amazing. We are really enjoying him and I can’t say enough good things. He has become a family member too quickly and is a great companion to our kids as well. He has been on every vacation with us since bringing him home. Sending you some pictures of Coco as he is growing up. If you remember his markings were slightly different and we still aren’t sure what he will look like. He is about 40lbs now.

We got Ruby from you a little over 4 years ago! She looks so different now and I just thought I’d share with you some of my favorite pictures of her. They are in order of younger to older, and you can really see the difference in her colors as she aged. She is a bit of a diva and definitely runs the house, but we don’t mind because she is just too darn cute! She loves the outdoors and has gone on several camping trips with us. When we go camping and there is water it’s hard to keep her out of it! She will swim and swim, and just when you think she’s done and curling up to take a nap she will jump right back up to swim some more. She is also our resident squirrel patrol and, when the weather is nice, will sit outside for hours watching them and making sure they don’t trespass. She has been a gift to our family, and added so many happy memories in the last 4 years. Thank you for bringing her into out lives!

It has been a while since I updated you on Jazz.

He is 8 years old now. And like fine wine has aged perfectly. He’s still very spunky, loves people, and other dogs.

If I had a dollar for everytime I have been asked what kind of dog is that. Folks see the Poodle part of him but know he is not the Doodles you see all over the place.

When I tell him Giant Schnauzer and he’s a Schnoodle , they are shocked and used to seeking the small ones. Then they take a 2nd look and notice that face and it is all Schnauzer.

He’s the joy of my life and sticks to me like glue. Thanks!!!

We are blessed to have three of Angela’s Giants. Kitzel is our oldest at 9 — she is a certified therapy dog. Tobias is our 5 year old and in June we brought Atticus home. These dogs are incredibly smart, social and devoted members of our family. Our older Schnoodles are actually helping us train Atticus. Over the years, we have discovered that when there are Schnoodles in the house “you are never alone” — they like to be where we are. When you walk Giant Schnoodles – you (they) get a lot of attention. They definitely turn heads.

We have been dog owners for 31 years – in the past “two at a time” however – Angela’s Schnoodles make it easy to be the proud “parents” of three! We feel lucky and grateful to have found Angela who is devoted to her puppies before and after they leave for their “forever homes.”

Just wanted to let you know that Fred is doing great! He’s a joy, has a great personality (and WHAT a personality; sometimes I swear he’s human)! He’s a big boy, at his last vet check-up (20 months), he was exactly 90lbs and stands 28.5 inches at his shoulder. He’s taller than I am when he stands on his hind legs.

He has claimed our bed as his. He doesn’t get on any other furniture, just our bed. And Rob complains, but then I walk in and find both of them napping together! Haha!!!

Hey Angela! I wanted you to see my baby(Huddy)! He’s about 6 months old now. He is the most beautiful Schnoodle I have ever seen!! Also he is the smartest dog(human child) I have EVER had or been around!! Angela he watches me and listens to me!! He focuses on looking at my eyes!! Huddy actually knows what we are saying!! If we get on to him he gets upset and looks away!! So you know that means we don’t do that very often!! He is going to his first football game Friday night!! He wants to watch his brother play!! Marvin is CRAZY about him and Huddy is the same way about him!! But you know who he LOVES the most!!! ME!! He is with me every step I make!!! He really is perfect!!! Thank you!!!

Things are great w Kai & me! I still think I’ve got the best dog ever! I’ve had a really hectic 3months, care-taking folks post surgery and having company. I knew this was coming so I sent Kai out for 2 weeks of boarding-training with a small business near Denver in late June. In their words “You brought us a great dog & we just polished her up for you!”

When my 3 grandkids, one a 5 1/2 yr old boy terrified of dogs, arrived for a 3 wk stay, she was able to stay with us on her bed in “Place” for long periods, allowing that boy to relax around her while he saw his younger brother laying, leaning& hugging on her constantly. In a week’s time he was walking her on a short leash around my culdesac all by himself! We have bunnies all over the lawns & she ignored them!

They were fast friends by the end of the visit.

Yesterday my neighbor’s 15-month-old baby toddled up to Kai and poked her directly in her eye before we could stop him. Kai didn’t move a muscle! She allowed him to keep touching her face w/o moving. (My hand was between them by then, just in case, but she was steady as a rock.)

I will say this, too: I knew what I was getting in to with this breed choice and was prepared to make sacrifices, especially in this first year, to ensure our long-term happiness together!

Except for that training, she’s been with me almost 24/7. I made sure she had appropriate toys & chews & supervised their use. She went to puppy kindergarten. I made a sand pit for her to dig in (to save my landscape & foundation!) Since she was 5 months old I’ve been pretty religious about taking her on a bike ride every day, if not twice. I’ve even signed her up for some doggy daycare now & then so she can have social time with other dogs who have been screened for behavior. She is worth it all.

We love her! Everyone thinks she is so cute. We recommend you as often as we can! The best part is her personality. She loves all kinds of people, dogs, kids…even her groomers and going to the vet. She is a very tolerant, easy-going and always happy dog. She very athletic and smart and loves running and car rides. The only thing we’ve found she doesn’t like is birds. We feel very lucky to have gotten her.

Romeo is 12 weeks today and we absolutely love him. I just wanted to email you and say thank you for giving us such a wonderful puppy! He is perfect. He’s smart, calm, loves people and LOVES the water. Today we took him on his first boat ride! Once again, I just wanted to say thank you! He has brought SO much joy in our lives and it’s all thanks to you!

She is a sweetheart with sass! Really mellow & well behaved (especially on-leash) for a pup. She was great with my grandkids visiting us at 5 months. I ride my bike w her 2-5 miles a day, which keeps her energy level manageable at home. I’ve worked hard at her training, but she’s easy and so smart. At this stage of puppyhood I try not to leave her unsupervised anywhere because she’s gonna get into something given any opportunity! She sleeps in my room in her crate (had to buy a 40″) and never wakes me up. She goes to bed @ 7-8 and sleeps 10-12 hrs! (Has from 10wks on!) I can go in & out of the room now that she’s older & she’s quiet ’cause she knows it’s bedtime. She’s not the least bit aggressive towards other dogs/animals. She is also not food driven – which is so nice. She’ll take an hour+ to finish her food – depending on what’s going on. She travels like a pro – whether it’s a morning of errands or a long road trip. Basically she’s the perfect dog!

She has an adorable trait of being able to entertain herself with the simplest “toys” usually outside. She’ll be tossing a chew toy in the air & chasing it, or rolling ecstatically on a twig then carrying it while running in crazy fast circles around the yard.

Everybody wants my dog. They stop to touch her or ask me about her & she’s always sweet & enthusiastic. She is so unique looking This girl is a walking advertisement for your dogs, Angela!❤️ (and I always tell ’em where she came from!). There’s actually another breeder here in Fort Collins CO, but their dogs are not the quality of yours by a long shot, in any respect.

I can’t believe I got her by calling you one week before her litter went home! What a crazy fluke! And a Parti pup to boot! I look at pics of your current litters and see only one parti out of them all and know how very lucky I was then & now. Kai was really supposed to come home w me.

I wanted to drop you a note and share a picture of Max. She is truly amazing and such a fun and loving dog. We are so blessed to have her and she is a great addition and fit for our family. She is truly laid back and independent. She can hang outside in our backyard forever laying in the wind and chewing on sticks lol. She gets along with other dogs and is eager to play. She is going to be turning 5 months soon and is weighing in at around 30 lbs! We can’t wait to see how big she gets. She is a very good dog with a great personality and totally submissive to other dogs big and small which we are happy about because she has lots of dog cousins!

I was looking for very specific qualities in a Schnoodle puppy.

I spoke with many, many breeders before finding Angela and none of them spent the kind of time that Angela did, trying to get to know me and exactly which puppy would best fit my family. She does temperament testing and has some sort of magical ability to match the perfect puppy for each family. The puppy that she chose for us is absolutely gorgeous, sweet and funny.

I bought a Schnoodle puppy from you back in 2015 and just wanted to share a few photos with you!

This is Luxton! I can’t tell you how many compliments I get about how handsome he is. We have another Schnoodle about five years old from a different breeder and his coat is so different from Luxton’s and not nearly as rich and full. Luxton is jet black and has the most teddy bear-like fur. He is so sweet and so smart. Everyone who meets him just can’t get enough of him.

I know this note is long overdue, but just had to share how impressed I am. Deciding to buy him was a total spur-of-the-moment decision but I am so, so glad that I did. Thank you!

Boswell will be 5 months in a few days and OMIGOSH, is he Ever Wonderful! We take him on long 3-mile walks and the only problem is everyone on the trail wants to stop and meet him!! It’s crazy … he is just the MOST ADORABLE creature ever!

Boswell is just a doll! He gets sweeter every day and is so smart. He knows how to sit, shake, laydown, heel on leash, and he can stay in place for almost 10 seconds. I measured him today and he has grown 2 1/4 inches in 12 days – 😮! He has made lots of friends in our neighborhood. I have an appointment for his 16-week shots on 12/7.

Just a note to let you know that Grace is doing well. She’s had all shots and is easy to train, eating well and on her vitamins. Enjoys playing with her toys and loves running in the yard playing with Kate’s dog and chasing squirrels. Thought I’d send along an updated pic. Hope you are well.

Max is growing fast! He weighs in at 12 lbs 6 oz today. He’s super smart, and I taught him to ring bells to go out and potty and to sit at the door and wait to be invited in, then he comes in and sits for his treat after going out. He can be very naughty trying to grab things out of the garden and he knows it’s off limits! We just love him!

Our Madi is from Katie’s first litter. Her dad is Choncie. She just turned two on July 23rd. She is my service dog now. She could tell I was going to have a panic attack and would wake me up, whine if I was driving, lay on my feet and push against my legs, hop on my lap and push against me with her paws or body, and more. She now starts making me aware when I’m just starting to get anxious. She only had to be trained in dog commands and how to ignore other dogs and people. She has very strong front legs and can push my son’s Rottweiler down while they play. She has free time in the yard and goes to dog parks. We are working in teaching her to fly in a plane. I can now drive, go to the store, or anywhere else without fear of an attack. On vacation she went to dinner every night with all 12 of us. I put her food and water under the long table. She ate and drank. Then she laid under the table at my feet unless she sensed I was getting nervous. She is my gift from God. She goes for walks with my husband and has already rode in the car or truck with us to 13 states. We have a trailer now and she will visit another nine states. She is flying with us to visit our daughter who is a Dosimetrist in Arizona. She is a joy to our family.

Thought you might like a quick update on Fred. He’s 14 weeks and doing fantastic! We love him so much; he really is the perfect Schnoodle! He is 99.9% housebroken and from the first night he came home, slept through the night. We found out that he doesn’t particularly like his crate, so when we go to work, he stays in the kitchen and patio room and he’s perfect! He sleeps in our room without any problems (he prefers the hardwood floor to his bed, our bed and the rug).

He LOVES the beach! We took him hiking then to the beach; he loves fetching sticks running in & out of the waves, chasing minnows, sand crabs & seagulls & chewing driftwood.

One thing that happened that I wanted to share w you. This morning I was downstairs w Fred, Rob was upstairs in the shower. I got really dizzy and nauseous & actually went into the bathroom & started throwing up. I was so sick I couldn’t call Rob & I was so dizzy I couldn’t stand up. Fred was right next to me. He started barking and kind of pacing back and forth. As soon as I started to throw up, he ran up the stairs, into the bathroom where Rob was taking a shower and just started barking at him. Rob said he barked and went to the bathroom door, then went back to Rob, barked, went to the door, & did that until Rob got out of the shower. Rob said he was just acting so different than he normally acts, he knew something was wrong.

We never taught him any of this. I didn’t tell him to go get Rob. It’s like he just “knew”. He’s such a great, loving, smart puppy.

Just wanted to give you an update….I feel so sorry for the other owners of Jingles and Denvers puppies because obviously we have the smartest most intelligent pup in the litter 🙂 We are so in love with our Charlie and he is already bell trained….YES! Slept through the night last night from midnight to 7am….played golf with the grandkids in the backyard yesterday and stole all the balls (picture attached) played so hard he didn’t even notice the kids leaving 🙂 That’s it for now but thank you for adding love to our life! If little Charlie plays his cards right he will live a charmed life with some amazing adventures!

Max is doing great!! He is going to puppy class and learning to sit, pay attention to us, and not chew on my fingers and pant legs. Lol. His second class is Sunday. We plan to have him certified as a therapy/companion dog so we can take him with us on trips. He will see the vet again next week for his third shots. He is so smart, so lovable, and eager to please. He is doing well with Potty training. He Loves his crate and his toys but mostly going outside to play. We use a long leash for now. Fence should be up in April. His crate is by our bed and he seems to enjoy sleeping there and resting if I cant watch him or need to work. I put Sprout on the TV to keep him company if I am not in the room. He usually sleeps 8 hours at night with only one potty break. So far he keeps his crate clean and dry. He is getting taller and can now look and put his paws on the window ledge and check put tops of end tables. I can tell it seems to be his curious nature. He just looks but everything has been removed he could chew or eat. Lol. We are enjoying him a lot and he is everything we expected and hoped for.

Ruby is almost five months old and has grown so fast and she loves to play in the snow! We leave the blinds up for her so she can watch the snow fall and all the little animals in the back yard which you can see in the picture. She has such a great personality and it shows more and more everyday! I can’t believe how good of a dog she is Thank you again!

Everything is great. He’s a lot of schnauzer in him!! A total clown..ha. Very protective of his house and yard against cats and squirrels…HA. We can’t trust him running lose outside so we’re in the process of installing a buried fence so he can run more off leash. He LOVES being out doors. Fully potty trained now, actually a few times he’s brought me his leash and collar because he wanted to go outside. He’s stolen my wife’s heart, she doesn’t like big dogs but she loves him and even lets him sleep with us!

He has to supervise feedings in the middle of the night while I’m nursing her, and every time we come home from being out he goes straight to her carrier to check her out and kiss her face. We’ve had Ruby for only a short time and I can tell you I am very impressed with her temperament and intelligence. She has already mastered several commands including Sit, Down, Off and Leave it. Well, Leave it is going to take some more time, but she gets the general idea… it’s my shoes that are her toughest challenge to let go of.

We are all very happy with our choice in Ruby and I think Reilly is the happiest. Her colors are amazing and she is generally well behaved. The whole family is taking part in her training and we think it’s going very well.

We’ll send you some pictures after we get her shots and can get her outside more. Thank you again for accommodating us through our crazy decision-making process. You’ve bred a very nice dog and have provided us with a wonderful addition to our family.

Never thought black dogs would be so hard to take pictures of. I’ve attached the best picture we have of him taken at 10 weeks of age.

AJ has quickly become a huge part of our family. He pretty much goes where we do, baseball, softball games, cookouts. He goes with us to visit my mom in the nursing home, he likes to sit/lay at the doorway of my mom’s room and watch everyone walk by, the nurses and residents love him.

He gets along great with our Bichon (Murphy), they chase each other around nonstop 2-3 times a day. Then plop down and take naps.

Potty training is what it is for a puppy. If were not Johnny on the spot taking him out he’ll do #1 FAST. I have a feeling in the next 2-3 weeks he’ll get it.

He’s not much of a lap dog, would rather take naps alone and doesn’t want anyone to bother him. Which is something new for us but I like it that way. He gets to sleep with my wife and I along with Murphy, when he gets bigger I have a feeling he’s going to want his own space.

He has quickly fallen in love with my wife and hates it when she leaves the room. Even though she says she doesn’t like big dogs I catch her holding him all the time and is always taking him for walks. I caught her giving him a hug the other day.

Evie’s first haircut wasn’t nearly as extreme.

The groomers and vets say has the most amazing personality for a puppy – incredibly calm, gentle, observant and polite. More like a Newfie puppy. And his feet are enormous! He goes for his last puppy shots tomorrow, so will be interesting when they see him again. :). I’ve often wondered what his litter mates are like now.

Madi is a blessing with a great personality. She loves to curl up beside us, go for a walk and romp with other dogs. When we can’t find her, we just need to look down and she’ll be there ready to be with us. Madi is incredibly smart and learns very quickly. She happily comes when called and likes to sing! Madi doesn’t bark a lot. We’ve taught her “no bark” for when we travel and stay in hotels. As our ambassador she likes everyone especially children and other dogs. Weighing about 17 pounds Madi is easy to handle and care for. Welcome to the family Madi. Madi’s 1st birthday is coming up the end of July!

It is hard to believe that it is one year since Penny joined our family. I cannot tell you how delighted we are with her. She is a happy, sweet girl and enjoys her older brother. She enjoys taking walks and playing. Everywhere we go with her people comment how beautiful she is. Our vet has commented on her breeding, we always give you the credit. You are a great breeder. I just wanted to give you an update on our little schnoodle, Rue. She is such a GOOD puppy! She is so smart and playful and is great around other dogs and children. We have only had her 2.5 weeks and she can already sit, lay down, roll over, and spin. Potty training is going very well too! The best part is that she really does not shed at all! It is amazing! She is just such a doll and I can’t imagine not having her now. She has stole our hearts and is just so much fun!

Well, Porter has been home for about a month now and I think it’s safe to say he’s VERY settled in and comfortable with things. He is in puppy classes (top of the class…proud parent!) and already is great at sit, stay, lay down, leave it, come, shake, and my favorite part, off leash walking! Him and I spend a lot of time hiking off leash (more like dragging leash) on the nearby nature trails and he loves it! He is great with other dogs and people and becoming more and more vocal (I guess that’s the schnauzer starting to show). He is still very calm and glued to my side. I’m not sure if it is Gracy or Dexter genetics but he is for sure a Daddy’s boy and refuses to let me out of his sight. His mean growl and 27 lb stocky frame puts him well on his way to the watch dog I was looking for. Porter went to the vet today for more vaccinations. The staff there loves seeing the unique “furry” puppy grow up! Once again, thanks for an amazing dog. If you ever need a referral, please send them my information.

I just wanted to let you know that at 5 1/2 months old, Amos has already figured out ON HIS OWN how to do medical alerts for me.

After he started sensing my attacks, we spent a few days stumbling through communication with one another, but once we worked it out between us, he hasn’t missed a single one!

Thank you so much for your choice of Amos for me! He is a total lifesaver and my little angel! He is the perfect choice for a service dog.

Porter went to the vet today. He is the only giant schnoodle under the care of this clinic-kind of cool to have such a unique dog! He weighed in at 16.7 pounds which means the veterinarian guessed him to top out somewhere around 60 lbs. Unfortunately, she wasn’t very familiar with the breed and after doing a little checking she guessed more around the 80 lb range depending on parental weights. His eyes, hips, stool sample, temperament etc. were all checked. He is a heathy boy! He does growl when new people pick him up which the vet thought to be playful but it will be something Porter and I will work out together as even his puppy growl sounds menacing to some. All the staff were very impressed with how well he sits and behaves on a leash. Again, he met several dogs and behaved fabulously with them. He received his second round of vaccinations today because he received his most recent bout greater than three weeks ago which means today was a perfect day to receive the second round as per the advice of the vet and the contract agreement (not to receive vaccinations within 3 weeks of each other). His puppy nipping and growling are coming along as is his training. He will be a very obedient dog one day as he picks up on commands quickly-unless his puppy brain decides he’s rather keep chewing on the shoe, chair, etc. Haha! His puppy classes start next week but in the meantime, I think it’s safe to say him and I will become even more inseparable. Thanks again for such a great dog!

After almost 11 hours in a car, Porter made it home on the 7th. He’s been adjusting great! He took to his kennel like a fish in water and is doing great with introductory commands, potty training and getting to know everyone. He is a great napping partner and loves romping around in the snow. As per the contract, he will go to the veterinarian on Monday and I will follow up with you on that appointment. I attached some pictures so you can see how he is doing in his new home. Thanks for choosing such a fun, laid back perfect dog for me.

I haven’t sent any updates in a while so I thought I’d let you know how Xena was doing. We got her from you in February of 2014. She’ll be 2 on the 15th of this month. I think her parents were Oreo and Romeo but not exactly sure.

We still love her to pieces and she has become an awesome sister to our little chihuahua named Samson, we took in when his previous owners couldn’t care for him anymore.

She is such a great companion dog to our family and is great with little fur babies too. She is happiest being as close to us and her little brother as possible.

Her coat continues to be beautiful as long as we keep up on the grooming. Everyone talks about how soft she is and are impressed with her size. She’s about 75-80lbs right now which I think is great if you like big dogs that don’t shed! She hasn’t had any health issues in all the time we’ve had her either. Only guess to vet to keep up on shots and regular heartworm tests to get the monthly prevention stuff.

I just wanted to tell you that we took Amos to an outdoor restaurant to see how he would do in that situation. All the books say to not expect service dogs in training to do well their first time out and not to expect being able to complete the trip without leaving early.

We were with a party of 6, outside with birds and distractions, everyone with food, and Amos was PERFECT (like a seasoned pro) for over an hour and a half! I just gave him a bully stick and he was quiet and behaved perfectly the whole time!

Amos slept through the night just fine. He met some new friends at the dog park here at our apartment complex and all of the other owners were very impressed with him. One of the other dogs took a ball from another dog and Amos went over and gently took the ball from the dog (right out of her mouth) and brought it back to it’s rightful owner! It was hysterical! He seems to be adapting to his new home well.

I wanted to send you one of the holiday pictures we had taken this past weekend. Remi is now 11 months old and weighs 70 pounds. Ryker is now 15 weeks old and weighs in at 30 pounds (2 pounds more than Remi weighed at the same age). They are such wonderful dogs. The holidays will likely be chaotic this year and I am not sure I should even attempt a Christmas tree.

Ryker will graduate from puppy class this Saturday. He is very smart and easy to train…but very ornery! They both keep me smiling and laughing all of the time. They are the best gift I ever gave myself.

Newman went to the vet this past Tuesday. He did so well, and all the techs fell in love with him. He goes back for his next shots in October. They all can’t wait to see how big he’s going to get, because he is the only giant Schnoodle at our vet clinic. The vet told me that he can tell that Newman came from a great breeder, he has a beautiful coat and bright eyes, and is in great health. He weighs 17.5lbs now!

We surprised our daughter with the news last night. She is so excited.

We put envelopes around the house for her to open with clues and with items of commitment, such as teamwork, patience and “homework” (meaning reading all she can on how to care for a new puppy). She committed to all of them and the last envelope had a picture of the puppies. She’s so excited and is taking her commitments seriously, asking so many really good questions at bedtime last night.

Thanks so much for the pictures it made that last envelope so awesome to see her eyes open wide when she saw pictures of puppies.

I just wanted to email you a recent picture of Remi. He is seven months old and weighs almost 65 pounds. We have been going to training classes since I picked him up in March and he is doing great. Yesterday he passed his CGC test.

Remi is a gentle, sweet, smart, and lovable puppy. Whenever we are out and about people want to know what kind of dog he is. Everyone wants to touch his soft fur and he loves the attention.

He is such an awesome dog, and he would love to have a brother or sister to play with all day long. I have told him he has to wait for awhile.

Lincoln is doing well. He is so easy-going and non-aggressive.

He passed his first puppy training class. The instructor could not believe how laid back he was during class time. He allows my granddaughter to lie on him, take things from him (they will actually have tug of war), and he only barks if he feels something is not right with the environment. He sleeps on the bed or on the floor part of the time, but other nights, he prefers his crate. At seven months, he weighs just under 70 pounds. The vet said he is going to be a big boy. He had learned to stop the counter surfing even though he will stick his nose up there just to smell things. He has jumped onto our dining room table in order to persuade the cat to play. Needless to say, the cat is not impressed. He likes to step into the shower with me, and has even hopped into the bathtub before I could get in.

I do not believe there is a mean bone in his body, but I do like it that he accompanies me to the door when the bell rings. He is impressive just to see due to his size. He is my buddy.
